Rule 21
<br> to be deposited on opening of letter of intent or proposal
The Ministry shall open the letter of intent or proposal in the name of the person or his official representative to present the letter of intent or proposal at the specified date, time and place and get them to be stamped as well. In such a way, if any defect is found while opening the letter of intent or proposal, the same should be written in the promissory note.
(2) No action shall be taken on the letter of intent or proposal submitted without proper submission in accordance with this regulation.
